Solutions to common problems you might encounter when using FikaPay.

Account and access issues

Can’t log in
  • Check your email and password are correct
  • Try resetting your password
  • Ensure your account hasn’t been archived
  • Contact support if issues persist
Can’t see a company
  • Verify you’ve been invited to the company
  • Check that your invitation was accepted
  • Ensure the company account is active
  • Contact the company admin if you need access
Missing permissions
  • Check your role in the company (Admin or Employee)
  • Some features require admin access
  • Ask a company admin to update your role if needed

Product and order issues

Product not showing to customers
  • Check the product is set to “available”
  • Verify the customer’s pricing group has a price set for the product
  • Ensure the product hasn’t been archived
  • Check the customer’s supplier relationship is active
Order not appearing
  • Verify the order was successfully placed
  • Check you’re viewing the correct company account
  • Ensure you have access to the customer’s orders (if supplier)
  • Refresh the page or check filters
Can’t update order status
  • Verify you have access to the order
  • Check you’re using a supplier account
  • Ensure the order hasn’t been deleted

Payment issues

Payment failed
  • Check the customer’s payment method is valid and active
  • Verify they have sufficient funds
  • Try a different payment method

Payout delayed
  • Check your payout schedule
  • Verify your bank account details are correct
  • Consider bank processing times (1-2 business days)
  • Check for any payout holds or issues
Can’t see payment status
  • Refresh the page
  • Check you’re viewing the correct order
  • Verify you have access to the payment information

Delivery issues

Customer can’t select delivery date
  • Check your delivery schedules are active
  • Verify non-delivery dates aren’t blocking the date
  • Ensure the customer’s postcode is in a delivery zone
  • Check cutoff times haven’t passed
Delivery fee not calculating correctly
  • Verify delivery fee rules are set up for the zone
  • Check the order total vs. “free over” amount
  • Ensure the fee rule is active
  • Verify the correct schedule is being used

General issues

Changes not saving
  • Check for error messages
  • Verify you have permission to make changes
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear your browser cache if issues persist
Can’t find a feature
  • Check your user role (some features require admin access)
  • Verify you’re in the correct company account
  • Some features are only available for suppliers or customers
  • Search the help centre for the feature name
