Order requirements

For an order to be placed successfully:
  • Your cart must contain at least one product
  • The order total must meet any minimum order value requirements
  • You must select a valid delivery date (if delivery is required)
  • Products must be available and in stock

Order information

When placing an order, you can include:
  • Products and quantities — What you’re ordering
  • Delivery date — When you want the order delivered
  • Delivery instructions — Special delivery notes for the supplier
  • PO number — Your purchase order number (if required)
  • Comments — Any additional notes for the supplier
  • Discount code — Apply a promotional code if you have one

Minimum order values

Some suppliers set minimum order values. If your order total is below the minimum, you’ll see a message and need to add more items to your cart before you can checkout.
Check if your supplier offers free delivery over a certain amount. This can help you reach minimum order values while saving on delivery fees.
