Setting up your FikaPay account is the first step to getting started. The process is slightly different depending on whether you’re a supplier or customer.

Creating your account

You can create an account by:
  • Accepting an invitation — If a supplier or company has invited you, accept the invitation email to create your account
  • Signing up directly — Create an account and set up your company details
If you’re joining an existing company, you’ll need to be invited by a company admin. Contact your company administrator to receive an invitation.

Company setup

When setting up your company, you’ll need:
  • Company name
  • Contact information
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address (if different)
For suppliers: You’ll also need to provide bank account details to receive payouts.

Completing your profile

After creating your account:
  1. Complete your user profile (name, contact details)
  2. Set up your company information
  3. Configure any required settings
  4. Start using FikaPay
Make sure your company details are accurate, especially billing and shipping addresses. These are used for orders and invoices.
