Tracking payout status

You can view payout status for any collected payment. This shows:
  • Current payout status
  • When the payout was created
  • Expected completion date
  • Any errors or issues
Payout status updates automatically as payouts are processed. You’ll see status changes as funds move through the system.

Payout delays

If a payout is taking longer than expected:
  • Check the payout status for any error messages
  • Verify your bank account details are correct
  • Consider bank processing times (1-2 business days is normal)
  • Contact support if the payout has been pending for more than expected
