You can track all your payouts to see which payments have been transferred to your bank account and which are still processing.
Viewing payouts
Your payouts list shows:
- All payouts created from collected payments
- Current status of each payout
- Payout amounts
- Dates (created, submitted, paid)
- Related payment and order information
Filter payouts by status to quickly see which are pending, paid, or failed.
Payout details
For each payout, you can see:
- Amount — How much is being paid out
- Status — Current payout status
- Timeline — When it was created, submitted, and completed
- Related payment — Which payment this payout is for
- Related order — Which order the payment was for
Failed payouts
If a payout fails, you’ll see:
- The reason for failure
- What action is needed (if any)
- Whether the payout will be retried automatically
Common reasons for failed payouts:
- Invalid bank account details
- Bank account restrictions
- Processing errors
If a payout fails, check your bank account details are correct. Failed payouts may need to be manually resolved.
Payout history
Your payout history provides a complete record of all payouts, making it easy to:
- Reconcile with your bank statements
- Track payment patterns
- Identify any issues or delays
- Export data for accounting
