Payment status shows where each payment is in the collection process. This helps you track which orders have been paid and identify any issues.

Common payment statuses

Tracking payments

You can view payment status for any order. This shows:
  • Whether payment has been initiated
  • Current collection status
  • Any errors or issues
  • When funds will be paid out
Payment status updates automatically as payments are processed. You don’t need to manually update statuses.

Payment delays

Some payment methods take longer than others:
  • PayTo and Card — Usually collected within seconds
  • BECS — Takes 1-3 business days to process
If a payment is taking longer than expected, check the payment status for any error messages or contact support if needed.
