Making your first payment is straightforward. Once you’ve placed an order, you can pay for it using one of the available payment methods.

Setting up payment

Before you can pay, you’ll need to set up a payment method:
  1. Go to your account settings or the payment methods section
  2. Choose a payment method (PayTo, Card, or BECS)
  3. Enter the required details
  4. Save your payment method
You can set up multiple payment methods and choose which one to use for each order. One payment method can be set as your default.

Paying for an order

Once you’ve placed an order:
  1. Go to the order details
  2. Click “Pay” or “Pay Now”
  3. Select your payment method
  4. Complete the payment
Payment processing time depends on the method:
  • PayTo and Card — Usually processed within seconds
  • BECS — Takes 1-3 business days
PayTo and Card payments are faster if you need to pay immediately. BECS is useful for recurring orders or when you prefer direct debit.

Payment confirmation

After payment is submitted, you’ll see the payment status update. Once payment is successfully collected, your order will be confirmed and the supplier will be notified.
