Payments move through several stages:
Payment status updates automatically as your payment is processed. You don’t need to do anything — just check back to see the latest status.

Tracking payments

You can view payment status for any order. This helps you:
  • See when payment has been confirmed
  • Identify any issues or failures
  • Know when your order will be processed
If a payment is taking longer than expected, check the status for any error messages. You may need to try a different payment method if one fails.

Payment timing

Different payment methods have different processing times:
  • PayTo and Card — Usually processed within seconds
  • BECS — Takes 1-3 business days
