Payments are how you pay for your orders. You can use multiple payment methods and track payment status as your payment is processed.

Payment flow

When you pay for an order:
  1. Select payment method — Choose how to pay (PayTo, Card, or BECS)
  2. Submit payment — Your payment is sent to the payment provider
  3. Processing — Payment is being collected from your account
  4. Confirmed — Payment is successfully collected and your order is confirmed
Payment processing time depends on the method you choose. PayTo and Card are usually instant, while BECS takes 1-3 business days.

You can set up and use:
  • PayTo — Fast, instant payments
  • Card — Credit or debit card payments
  • BECS — Direct debit from your bank account
You can have multiple payment methods and choose which one to use for each order.

Track your payment status to see where each payment is in the process. Status updates automatically as your payment is processed.
